CASE
CLASSESEach exercise class
contains the following components: a warm-up, cardio-respiratory
endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and cool-down.
Endurance exercise options include walking,
jogging
, cycling and rowing. Many members
enjoy staying after class to play
volleyball or have a supervised training session in a small
group. Our instructor is Lynn Bohuch who is a AFLCA Certified
Fitness Instructor During the Fall, Winter and Spring, we exercise in the Alberta School for the Deaf Gymnasium . During the Summer, we move the program to the Kinsmen Sports Centre to take advantage of the modern exercise services and amenities, as well as to enjoy its location in Edmonton's beautiful river valley. |
